- What are the opening hours of Apárkate Alicante?
We are open from 05:00 a.m. to 01:00 a.m. 365 days a year.
- Can I modify or cancel my reservation?
Yes, without any additional cost, by sending an email to reservas@aparkatealicante.com
- How far in advance do I have to be at the Apárkate Alicante facilities?
We recommend that you arrive at our facilities at least 20 minutes before the time you want to be at the airport terminal. Transfer time will be less than 5 minutes.
- What is done with my vehicle when it is left in the car park?
When you arrive at the Apárkate facilities, our staff will receive your vehicle, taking your data and indicating where you should park it. We will not move it until you return, as we do not keep the vehicle keys unless you wish.
- What should we do for you to come pick us up?
Call us or send us a WhatsApp when you land at +34 613 169 452, we will pick you up at the same place that we left you.
- What is the Valet / Meet and Greet service?
With this service, you will not have to go to our car park, your vehicle will be collected and delivered by one of our employees at the airport Departures terminal.
- What happens if my return flight is delayed and I cannot arrive at the scheduled time?
Don’t worry. Please, it is necessary to let us know in advance to know the new expected arrival time. If not, we will close at 1.00 am. Transfer service between 1.00 am and 2.00 am has an additional cost. Anyway, the last transfer from the airport is at 1:45 am, if you don’t arrive we will pick you up at 5.00 am.
- What can I do if I have a problem when making the reservation?
- How and when do I pay?
Payment is made when you arrive at the car park at the Apárkate facilities or at the Airport terminal if you contract the Valet service. Regardless of the service you contract, payment can be made both in cash and by credit or debit card.
- Do I need to leave my car keys at your facility?
Absolutly not. In Apárkate Alicante you can park by yourself in the place indicated by our staff, and you will keep your keys and travel with the certainty that no one will move your vehicle.
